Body Mass Index (BMI) or Quetelet Index is a statistical measure of the weight of a person scaled according to height.
Your BMI can be used to indicate if you are overweight, obese, underweight or normal. It can, however, overestimate fatness in people who are muscular or atheletic...so please keep that in mind.
| Body Mass Index | Interpretation |
| less than 25 | Not at Risk |
| 26-27 | Borderline |
| 28-35 | Definite Increased Risk |
| 36 + | Surgery Recomended |
